    How to hide command lines on the screen when Windows Vista starts booting in Asus notebook?

    I would like to hide command lines on the screen when Windows Vista starts booting in Asus notebook. How can I do that?

    This means that your computer is set to boot from CD/DVD. There are 2 ways to avoid this screen.

    1. Make sure that you boot the computer with no CD/DVD in the drive.
    2. You will have to boot the computer into the BIOS and change the first boot device from CD/DVD to Hard drive. To do so, you can get in touch with the computer manufacturer and check.

    Modifying BIOS/ complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) settings incorrectly can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from booting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the configuring of BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Modifications of the settings are at your own risk.
