As you are connected through Lan. On a LAN network you can only share data
and information. but you are not able to access the data on other computer. if
you want to print out then first take that file by taking permission from user of
that computer. But from your computer you can not access the any other on LAN.

But when you wi be connected remote desktop then in that case you can make a
print out. AS you are already on LAN so you can use remote desktop. By this you can
    access the computer on LAN.
So by which way you can print out the data.

    Hello,
Now while you are in a local area network, then what happens is that either a printer is attached on one machine in a row basis or one machine in a column basis. As in your case this is attached with the 4th machine. So what you have to is either take the file via a pen drive into the machine that has printer attached with or you have to drag and drop the file from that machine to your machine. Since your machine is connected via LAN then you have to know the name of the machine and the drive registered for that machine. The machine can be checked from properties options. After you know it you can surf the drives and machine names from your machine(with printer), you can then go to that drive which specifies the machine that you want to surf. After that select the file you need and drag and drop it into the current drive of the current machine. You can then take its printout. One thing that I must mention here is that sometimes these machines under LAN are password protected from access by other files. So make sure that you access permission for that machine.

Using windows sharing actually do this without a pen drive or having the file in the fourth system.
In your system put the files in the shared folder or right click the folder and select properties switch on sharing.
then that specific file will be available for other computers in the lan.
goto the pc 4 and browse the shared folder and take print out.
    OR
you can use team weaver software to control the 4th pc and take print out.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say..............

1.Firstly all the computer should be connected to each other.

2.Later connect the all the computers to single printer.

3.For this you even require the 'Cable/DSL modem'.

4.Connect the internet connection to that and the LAN to other computers.

5.Now connect the Ethernet cable to the 'Printer'.

6.After doing all these make a right click on 'My Computer' and click 'Properties'.

7.Then you go to the 'Computer name' tab and click on 'Details'.

8.There you set the same name for all the computers.

9.Then you go to start menu and click on 'Network'.

10.There you can see all the computers connected to the network.

11.Then you go to 'Network and Sharing'.

12.There near the 'sharing and Discovery' make a turn on the option 'Printer Sharing'.

13.At last click 'Apply' and then 'OK'.

    Have a nice day............
