You can first go through the start menu of your Windows based Toshiba notebook. Then you are supposed to move on to the ‘Control Panel’ section. You can check with the options within the control panel section. There you have to go for the ‘Personalization’ icon on the screen. Followed by that, ‘Window color and appearance’ has to be checked. Within that location, you can trace out the ‘color scheme’ section. There you can make necessary changes to adjust the contrast to your suitable level.

There is very little information in your note regarding the system and the Operating Software.

    Here`s a general discussion.

Ther should be an icon at the right hand corner of the TASKBAR in your computer, Which is called Graphics Controller (Whichever graphics controller the system has).

Click on that, and it will offer you a menu with various options.

Select the Brightness/Contrast/Resolution/Refresh Rate whichever is required to run the system smooth, adjust and it will be set in windows display.

Exit , it will be display of your choice again!

    Then click Ease of Access

Ease of Access Center will open
