    Hi,

    1. Are you able to use Windows media player to play other media files without any issues?
    2. Do you get any error messages while trying to use internet radio?

Step 1: I would suggest you to rename “playstation.wax” file to “playstation.asx” and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: Run the windows update and install all the updates and hot fixes. Then check for the issue.
