How to remove IEHelper.dll from my Windows PC?

I have recently installed a download manager called JDownloader on my Windows 7 PC. After that, a bizarre toolbar called Delta Search is over-running my computer and browsers. When I try to remove it aIEHelper.dll is popping up. How can I possibly fix this?

iehellper.dll is an adware and popularly known spyware porgram which will display pop advertisements on your desktop. generally this file is located in c:\windows\system32.

you can overcome this problem by disabling it process from the task list.
Once it is disabled you can go to the path which i mentioned previously and delete the file.

    Happy to assist you
