Removal of unused toolbars from Firefox is easy,They can be removed right from the toolbar.
Right-Click any empty space on a toolbar and uncheck the line next to the toolbar to be removed.
Restart Firefox, the toolbar doesn’t come back.

Another wayto remove toolbar from Firefox is like the following,

Start Firefox and select Tools > Add-Ons.
Select the "To be removed" add-on. Click the Disable button, “X” out of the Add-On dialog box,
    Restart Firefox.

    Thanks.

Using the Add-ons manager to remove a toolbar

In most cases, third-party toolbars can be uninstalled from Firefox Add-ons Manager Extensions list, as follows:
    1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP), and then click Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.
    2. In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Extensions panel.
    3. Select the toolbar you wish to remove.
    4. Click the Remove button.
    5. Click Restart now if it pops up. Your tabs will be saved and restored after the restart.
