How to run program as administrator by default on Windows Vista?

As I found some unrecoverable issues with my PC running on Windows Vista, I thought to run certain programs as administrator. I need to set up my system to run those programs as administrator by default for that. What should I do to accomplish this?

First of all, locate the program you want to run as administrator by default. Then, right click on that program until you can view a pop-up menu. Navigate through that menu and click ‘Properties’ option from it. The next step required is to press the ‘Compatibility’ tab. You can then find ‘Run this program as an administrator’ option. Select that option by the time you find it. Click the ‘Apply’ option located at the bottom part and press the ‘OK’ button.
