Whenever I send a Email or post to a forum from my Windows Phone It has a default signature at the end saying “Sent from my Windows Phone”. How can I replace it with my own email signature.

In order to replace the default signature with your own email Signatures in the emails that are being sent from your Windows Mobile you can do a little tweaking with your Email Settings which is described in detail below.

The steps to add your Signature to the email are as follows :-

    • In your email Inbox, Tap on '...' option.
    • GO to 'settings' now.
    • Toggle 'Signature' On, if it's Off
    • Tap in the signature field to change it.
    • In order to make your signature multi-line Pressing the virtual 'enter' key and add inline Feeds

    Windows Phone 6.5, 6.5.3 touch

1 On the Home screen, press Start > Email.

    2 Select an account.

    3 Press Menu > Options > Signatures.

4 Scroll to the account for which you are creating the signature.

5 Select Use signature with this account.
By default, a signature is inserted only in new messages.

6 To insert a signature in every message you send, select Use when replying and forwarding.

7 In the Signature field, enter your signature and press OK.

    Windows Phone 6.5, 6.5.3 non-touch

1 On the Home screen, click Start > All Programs > Messaging.

    2 Select an account.

    3 Click Menu > Tools > Options > Signatures.

4 Scroll to the account for which you are creating the signature.

5 Select Use signature with this account.
By default, a signature is inserted only in new messages.

6 To insert a signature in every message you send, select Include when replying and forwarding.

7 In the edit field, enter your signature and click Done. Then click Done again.

And the procedure is same for Windows phone version Windows Mobile 6.0, 6.1 touch , Windows Mobile 6.0, 6.1 non-touch

Unfortunately Microsoft does not support digital email signatures in Windows Phone 7. This enterprise functionality was not migrated to Windows Phone 7 from Windows Phone 6.5 or prior versions.
