The Windows Media Player has to be opened first on your Dell notebook. After that you have to continue by tapping on the Library tab. Then you need to tap on the option named ‘Media Sharing’. There you can see the Media Sharing dialog box on the screen. The checkbox associated with the Share my media option must be selected. After that you should hit on the option named ‘ok’. Next you have to mark the check box for ‘Share my media to’ option. From the screen you should hit the option labeled ‘Xbox 360’. Finally you can hit on ‘allow’ and ‘ok’ to apply the action.

    Hi.
    Follow the below steps:
    >>On your computer, start windows media Player.
    >>Click Stream, and then click Turn on media streaming.
Note If media streaming is already turned on, select More streaming options.
    >>Click Turn on media sharing.
    >>Set Show devices on to All Networks.
    >>Make sure that your Xbox console is set to Allowed.

    Thank you.
