How to upgrade a limited Account to Admin account in windows xp?

I already have two user accounts in my computer.Instead of removing or deleting the second one, I want to convert it to an Admin account. Right now, it is a limited account. What should I do for the same?

To do the same, first of all open run command by pressing "Windows key +R" and type “control userpasswords2” without quotes in the run command box and hit Enter. Now choose your Username>> Properties>> Group Membership. Finally make your user account as Admin account.

    . click start
    2. type "cmd" into the start search
    3. right-click on cmd.exe when it appears in the start search results list
    4. choose Run as Administrator
    5. type "net user administrator /active"

you'll have to be logged in as an Administrator in order to change group memberships. If you're running Windows 2000 Pro, XP Pro, or Vista and you're logged in as an Administrator, you can right-click on My Computer, and choose Manage.
