    How to use the Soluto app in Windows 8 OS to connect systems remotely? What is the difference between a normal remote connection in Windows 7 OS and Windows 8 OS?

    I want to know how to use the Soluto app in Windows 8 OS to connect systems remotely? Is there any improvement done in Windows 8 as part of remote connection or its same as Windows 7?

    Yes, there are some improvements carried out in Windows 8 as part of Remote connection where now you can connect 5 computers max and also solve the problems in your friend system remotely. Once you have the hands on of the Soluto app in Windows 8 you will come to know the improvements done, just follow the simple steps given to work with the Soluto app in Windows 8,

    STEP 1: First install the Soluto app from Windows market by simply typing the name Soluto in the search and install the app in your system by providing your e-mail address.
    STEP 2: Click in the space underneath the person’s Graphic type in a name and Click “Add this person”. Enter the e-mail address and add your photo or phone number if needed.
    STEP 3: Your friend to whom you want to connect remotely will get the request in his/her e-mail and install it in the Windows system. Once the user installs the soluto app you will get the notification that the user is ready to connect.
    STEP 4: Once your friend is done with the installation you will now see the avatar for the connected person is with darker blue, while other invited are shown as paler blue. Click on the connected persons graphic to access their PC Soluto.
    STEP 5: Once you are connected you will see the overview of the PC, its age and OS. Click on the Hardware options at the top of the screen to view the components details.
    STEP 6: The apps sections lists the installed programs in your friends computer and you install uninstall, upgrade the app as needed and also debug the problem if there are some
    in your friends system.
