How to use Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Gmail etc. in Windows 8? Will there be separate apps for it by default or we have to download from Windows store? or we should normally work only in the browser?

    HI
Usually Apps like facebook, gmail, twitter etc are nowadays pre-installed in any smartphone, tabs and other devices to make socializing better and help you stay connected to the global platform with ease.
As you haven't mentioned which device you are using,So I am not sure that the apps are present in advance or not,as Windows operating system promotes all.
But would suggest that if you find them in your device you have already purchased or willing to buy, then it's better and if you don't,then for sure you have to download them or purchase them from the Window store.

    Hi there,
Windows 8 is available in Mobile, Tablet and PC platforms so you must mention the device you use or want to buy.
Windows 8 is still in the BETA stage so you may have to wait till the Original Official Version is Released.
Although Windows 8 has already provided many Apps in Windows so they may even provide the social media apps as well.

    Regards.

Dear,In Windows 8, there is nothing new, which is very different from Windows 7. Both the operating systems are almost identical in working. Windows 8 only contains additional features such as increased security, support for touchscreen, improved user interface, etc. you can use Twitter Facebook Gmail and other networking sites in the similar manner as you had to do in Windows 7.In Windows 8, you can browse these websites through browsers such as Internet Explorer 10, Google Chrome, etc. as usual. There are also third parties specific apps for these social networking sites such as FlipToast (support Facebook Twitter LinkedIn in one application), Tweetro, Windows live essentials (for managing mail accounts), etc. You can download them from Windows store. Thanks!
