Is there any improvement than before or still the same? Do we still have the Blue Screen of Death problem in Windows 8 or it is handled properly now?

While a full reinstallation, or 'reset', will completely wipe a system's hard drive of all stored data and partitions, the refresh process will replace the OS, while keeping user documents, profile configurations and Metro application data intact.

Unlike manually reinstalling Windows, you donít have to go through the Windows Welcome screens again and reconfigure all the initial settings, as your user accounts and those settings are all preserved.
You can sign in with the same account and password and all your documents and data are preserved in the same locations they were before.
Both recovery options will be available to users through the Windows 8 Recovery Environment (RE) maintenance tool.

Additionally......users will be able to use a command line tool called 'recimg' to create a snapshot of their system.

The recovery options are well handled in windows7 and as well as in windows 8 therefore it is better to install windows 7 os in your computer and also wait for the full version of the windows 8 to launch so that you can have a high quality of system software with it and also if you use it there will be no problems of blue screen death in windows 8 and windows 8 will be launched soon in india.

Friend, same recover options which we have in Windows 7 is present in Windows 8 as, recover options in Windows 7 are of high quality. It has given full satisfaction to users, so it has been continued but with little changes in Windows 8. You can create the snap shot of your System in Windows 8. Just wait till the release of Windows 8 and make use of it in the best way.

    Hello,
One of the main features of the windows OS is the recovery feature.
The recovery feature provides reliability to the system.
The recovery feature of windows 8 will be better than that of the previous windows versions.
And there is a very less chance that there will that Blue Screen Of Death in Windows 8.
You can always try the windows 8 beta version.
    Regards

There are little improvements when compared to windows 7.
As the final version is not released there may be changes.
But the present recovery is fine like windows 7.
    With some increased functionalities.
    And automatic restore points.

    Hello Friend,

As with any well-designed interface, the interactive process should minimize the circumstances that lead to errors. However, it is rarely possible to eliminate all errors, so supporting good error recovery is essential to maintain the confidence and interest of the user. Windows 8 provide better performance in this order of action. It has better improvements as compared to Windows 7.

Windows 8 is regarded as a good alternative option if you still hesitate about whether to update to Windows 7. Although Window 8 will launch in 2012, there are many rumors about the features of the forthcoming operating system, like App Store, ARM Processor Support, History Vault, Instant-On and Improved Power Settings, Multi-Touch Interface Support, Really Fast Install, and so on.

Besides, it's also said that graphical password logon, a system logon mode preparing for the complete touch operation, is available for Windows 8. Some of the codes are similar to the graphical codes of Android. It means that there're two ways available when you log in the new operating system: traditional text password and graphical codes. You can easily perform Windows 8 password recovery through the graphical password logon method after you forgot Windows 8 password.

In many other ways it provides better and much easiest functionality in case of security and error detection as compared to the windows 7.

    Thanks..................
