HP Bluetooth Wireless Adapter not working in Windows 7

I have an HP Laptop running in Windows 7. Recently something corrupted my OS and I had to reinstall Windows 7 again. After reinstallation when I tried using the HP Bluetooth Wireless Adapter in the computer, it didnít work. I canít seem to find any solution anywhere. What could be the problem and how can I fix this?

Re: HP Bluetooth Wireless Adapter not working in Windows 7

Hi dear friend...............first of all check whether the blue tooth drivers installed properly or not

that is ...by ...press windows key+r and type devmgmt.msc and press ENTER key

after that find the Bluetooth Radios .........and expand it

Now right click on Drivers ......and choose update driver software ...

then click on Search automatically for updated Driver software

and if you are unable to solve this issue .....with the above lines ......

then simply again right click on Drivers.......and choose uninstall option .......then follow the onscreen instructions.....and remove the drivers from the PC

Now Download the Bluetooth Drivers from the Internet

    and re-install the Drivers again

after that your problem will be resolved .........................ALL THE BEST
