InputPersonalization.exe starts automatically on fresh windows startup

I have a tablet where i am using windows 7. Everytime when i restart my computer, a program called "InputPersonalization.exe" starts running in the background. It is visible in the Task Manager. I want to stop this program from doing this.Is there any method to do this? I have already visited few forums but most of the people suggest me to end the process in Task Manager.

Login in to safe Mode and then check whether this issue occurs or not. If it occurs, perform a clean boot.Clean boot is actually a utility which solves issues related to software conflicts. To do the same in windows 7,follow the below given procedure:
    1. Click on "Start" button and type "msconfig" in the search box and hit enter button on keyboard. It can ask for Administrator password so don't hesitate to provide the same. Now a different windows will appear before you.
    2. Click on "General Tab" and then on "Selective Startup". Now uncheck the "Load Startup Items" check box.
    3. After that click on "Services" tab and check the check box which has the option "Hide All Microsoft Services". Once checked that option, click on "Disable All" button and click on "Ok" button. After completing all the above mentioned steps, restart your computer to reflect these changes.
    It should fix your issue.
