Re: Internet Explorer is not working in my Windows PC

Sometimes Internet Explorer will stop working properly because of some internal problems or because of the addons which you have recently added. So just follow the steps which might be the solution fo your problem,

STEP 1: Open run command from Start or by pressing Windows key + R and type “iexplore -extoff”. The internet explorer will open if the problem was because of the previous add on which was installed.
STEP 2: Now open Control Panel -> Internet Options and then select Programs Tab.
STEP 3: Find for Manage Add-Ons button and disable or remove any add-ons that might be causing the problem.
STEP 4: If IE still doesn’t work then open Internet Explorer and go to Advanced Tab -> Click Reset button in order to reset all the Internet Explorer settings back to default state.
If the above two check also fails then you have to reinstall the Internet explorer to overcome this problem.

The problem may be because of third party software add ons which you have installed from internet.
An incompatible add ons may prevent IE from working properly.

So, you have to remove the add ons which you have installed lastly.
You can list of add ons :->
Open IE -> Internet Options -> Manage add ons.
From here you can disable add ons.

Or another solution is , install new Internet Explorer 8.

I found out the solution to your problem.
It can be fixed easily by deleting some registry.

    Following the direction.

    1.Start - Run - regedit

    2.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Cu rrentVersion\explorer\BrowserHelper Objects

3.If you get there, you will see few keys(look like folders) that are in numbers and alphabets.
    Delete all of them.

I'm pretty sure that will solve your problem.

    Hi,

There are many ways to solve your problem.

The problem may be because of third party add on`s installed from internet. To uninstall or deactivate them,

Open IE > Internet Options > Manage add ons. Disable add ons.

Check for presence of virus in the system and clean them.

Also think of Reinstalling Internet Explorer.

    Thanks.
