    Hello, Friend.
You may experience this issue if your computer already has Klite codec pack installed and it is corrupted or try to download the last version of Klite Codec Pack and install it on your computer.

First, delete the current downloaded setup file and download the updated Klite Codec Pack from the below link and install it on your computer.

Click here to download the Updated Codec Pack.

Also, I suggest you to install a security program (AntiVirus) and scan your computer.

    Hello Friend,

Well, there is some technical issues involved in it. Either some files of the software is missing or the software is corrupted. For this reason you are having this problem with your K lite media player. I would suggest you to download the latest version of the K lite media player form the internet. You shuld also down load the Klite Codec pack frm the internet. Now, install the software to your Windows XP OS. Hopefully there will be no more problm in the future. Beat of luck.
