You should first of all check the keyboard language is set as ‘US (English)’. For that, you should perform the following operations in a step by step manner on your PC.
You should then confirm whether the language set under ‘Installed Services’ option is ‘US (English)’. If it is so, then you should run the System Restore Utility to resolve this issue. To perform that function, you should first take the following steps in a consecutive manner.
- Click on ‘Start’ button
- Click on ‘Control Panel’
- Click on ‘Regional and Language Options’
- Click on ‘Keyboard and Languages’ tab
- Click on ‘Change Keyboards’
You should then click on ‘Continue’ option or give Administrator credentials if prompted. After that, you should click on ‘Choose a different restore point’ option and then on ‘Next’ option. Then, you should select a Date and Time after which the first sign of issue get started on your PC. You should then click on the check box near ‘Show restore points older than 5 days’ if the selected date is in excess of 5 days before the first sign of issue.
- Click on ‘Start’ button’
- Click on ‘All Programs’
- Click on ‘Accessories’
- Click on ‘System Tools’
- Click on ‘System Restore’
