    Hello friend...

first you check your keyboard if your keyboard working properly that means your computer may be virus effective..

Some virus hang and stop the working when you login in the computer so you need to update or change the antivirus then scan the whole computer..

You also used the malware removal tool to delete all the malware...

    All the best!!

    Hi,

Possibly the Driver software you have in your Windows XP, is corrupt due to virus or damaged due to reasons.

First of all Safe Boot your computer. Check if the keyboard is active or not, if not,

Clean thoroughly the system with the help of an antivirus software.

Reboot. Still the problem persists? Download a Driver for keyboard from Microsoft website, or go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device manager > Keyboards > Uninstall Driver first , then Update Driver software and your jobs done.
once installed the system will recognize your keyboard.

    Thanks.

    Hi Friend,

This is not a problem at all, because the keyboard is not attached to your system properly.

    >> So just check it with other system.

    >> If the keyboard is working in other system then fault in you system.

    >> Otherwise the fault is in the Keyboard.

    >> Just Replace keyboard with new one.

    I hope you will understand.

    All the Best
