Language icon not available on Guest Profile on Windows Vista

When I log into my laptop running on Windows Vista as guest, I can’t view the language icon on the screen. Due to this, I am not able to change the language in any way. How can I change the language in such a situation?

The first step required is right click on the task bar and wait until a menu pop up on the screen. Choose ‘Toolbars’ option from that menu. Then, you need to select ‘Language Bar’ item by which you can change the language. In case, you can’t view ‘Language Bar’ under ‘Toolbars’ menu, then install multiple languages into your system. Press the ‘Start’ button on the desktop for that and select ‘Control Panel’ option available in the start menu. Then, click on the ‘Regional and Language Options’ icon visible on the ‘Control Panel’ window. After that, click on the ‘Languages’ tab and select the check box next to the languages you want add before pressing the ‘OK’ button.

    Hi.
    >right click on the task bar>select toolbars>then choose Language Bar.
Once the Language bar is displayed, you can right-click it to display options for changing its settings, including docking it on the taskbar or displaying it vertically instead of horizontally.

If the Language Bar is not listed in the Toolbars menu, you do not have multiple input languages installed on your computer. You need to add additional languages using Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.

    Thank you.
