I am now using the windows XP version of OS on my HP notebook and wish to access the best possible version of MS Office on my system. Which is the latest available MS Office version that would be compatible with my system?

    Hello there !!!

when talking about the latest Microsoft office version then let me tell you that in market we are having Ms office 2013.
but it is little bit difficult to say that whether it compatible for your XP or not.
since Xp is the little bit older version of the windows but do let me tell you that it is still one of the most successful version of the windows.
the application which are not getting run on either version of the windows are easily runs on the XP.
so, when talking about the office 2013, we have general system configuration available with us.
    it is given below :-

    ram 1 GB
    processor minimum 1.5 GHz
    hard disk 60 GB
must have 5 Gb of the drive space on which you are installing office 13.

hope this may help you out in deciding about office 13.
hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting in EALP....

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.............

1.You cannot run the latest version of the Microsoft Office having Windows XP as the System OS it is 'Microsoft Office 2013'.

2.You cannot run the 'Microsoft Office 2010' even in your computer if you are having the home edition or SP1 or SP2.

3.You should have the minimum of the service pack to run the 'Microsoft Office 2010'.

4.You can run the 'Microsoft Office 2007' in your Windows XP OS.

That's it by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    All the best.................
