Menu and Command bar turns to black since installing Internet Explorer 8 into Windows XP

I have installed Internet Explorer 8 into my PC running on Windows XP two days ago. Since then, the menu bar and command bar appears to be black on opening IE8. It did change back to normal mode after re-installing IE 8. But, the issue again surfaced within one day. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Navigate intoDisplay properties and locate the themes tab. Once you find that tab, make asingle click on it. Select the ‘Windows Classic’ theme afterwards and press the‘Apply’ button. Get back to theme selection menu and choose ‘My Current Theme’.On doing so, your current theme will be changed to Windows Classic. Reset thesettings by pressing the ‘OK’ button and restart your PC. Finally, launch IE8again and check whether you can still find the black bar.

    >> You need to change the theme from the current theme to window classic.

    >> After that you again change the theme from the classic to your theme.

    >> This will fix your problem OK.
