Microsoft Indic language installation gives error code 1722

What can be done for this now? I just wanted to install the Microsoft Indic Language tool in my Windows PC and when I do that I get the error message as “There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected”. How to resolve it now? Kindly help me.

    Try this.....
When you try the knowledgebase article, you have to run the command prompt as the administrator.

I assumed my computer would do this since there is only one user account and that is me, running as the administrator.

That doesn't work with the command prompt.
    So...

When going to Start->accessories, right click on the command prompt and 'run as administrator'

Now follow the rest of the knowledge base article and it should remove the token.

    Reinstall it!
