Microsoft Narrator runs automatically while starting up Vista Business on Windows Vista

Every time I start up Vista Business on my laptop running on Windows Vista, Microsoft Narrator will be activated automatically. It is quite annoying to quit this program all the time to use the Vista Business. I am not able to uninstall this program as it does not appear under control panel. In what way can I prevent this?

First of all, login your system using Administrator ID and password. Navigate into Start >Settings and click the ‘Control Panel’ option. The next step required is to click the ‘Ease of Access Center’ option. Locate the ‘Explore all settings’ option and click on the ‘Make it easy to focus on tasks’ item under it. Uncheck the check box reside next to ‘Turn on Narrator’ option and press the ‘Apply’ button. After that, you need to click the ‘Save’ option to save the changes made in the settings. At last, restart your system and confirm whether you can properly use the Vista Business.
