Mouse cursor freezes and then disappears in windows 7

My windows 7 computer is not working well. While working, its cursor freezes and disappears while typing. When i click on any other key, it returns back again. The problem started after installation of windows update. I have already uninstalled the update but failed to fix the issue. Do you know, what to do in this situation?

First of all, check whether your mouse settings are correct or not. For that, click on "Start" button >>Control Panel>>Hardware>>Mouse. After that, click on Pointer Options tab and check whether settings are correct or not. If your are still facing the same issue then Open your computer in Clean boot mode. The procedure for clean boot is given below:
    1. Click on "Start" button and type "msconfig" in the search box and hit enter button on keyboard. It can ask for Administrator password so don't hesitate to provide the same. Now a different windows will appear before you.
    2. Click on "General Tab" and then on "Selective Startup". Now uncheck the "Load Startup Items" check box.
    3. After that click on "Services" tab and check the check box which has the option "Hide All Microsoft Services". Once checked that option, click on "Disable All" button and click on "Ok" button. After completing all the above mentioned steps, restart your computer to reflect these changes.

To solve the mouse problem, do the following:

    1. clean the system with a good antivirus thoroughly, which will take time, and run windows again.
is the mouse working okay? if not,

    2. Go to Start--control panel--system and security--device manager--mice and other pointing devices--driver--uninstall--then ckick from the same screen Update Driver to install driver for mouse.
