Re: Mouse Pointer Getting Struct in Windows XP

    Hi there,
The problem has occurred due to excess usage of the Processor/RAM/HDD/Background Programs.
In order to solve the problem just Restart the PC in Safe Mode (by pressing F8 key while Booting) and disabling the start up and background processes.
Even the problem persists then check the mouse connection or get the mouse replaced.

    Regards.

    hello friend,

cursor struct when window hanged by many processes ran on your computer and your ram is using above 60%

to check the running processes and ram usage you can use the task manager
to resolve this problem you have to stop extra processes before running any other task on your computersteps to open the task manager and stop the processes :
    1. Right click on task bar and then click on task manager :

    TASK1.jpg

    2. In task manager click on processes :

    TASK2.jpg

    3. In processes menu decrease the processes by ending the selected process :

    TASK3.jpg

successively end the extra process and run your pc

    thanks......!!!
