    Mouse pointer tend to flicker on Windows XP

    I am having trouble with the mouse pointer in my Windows XP PC for the past few weeks. It behaves weirdly without any particular reason. When I move the mouse, it will flicker a lot and prevents me from selecting anything on the screen. How can I avoid this problem with mouse pointer?

    Hi,

    Probably a sensitivity problem has occured in the mouse and the solution is something like this.

    Click open START > In the search box type MOUSE, the mouse control menu will come fore.

    Adjust the Mouse Properties, like Pointer options/ buttons / wheels / hardware from that and lowering some can solve the issue.

    You also can change the Device Driver for Mouse in Windows to refresh the mouse activity.

    A virus scan can reveal if there is any infection that is causing the problem, if found clean thoroughly.

    Thanks.

    Dear guest,

    There might be a chance of the mouse tail or flicker option being highlighted. To solve this problem

    Start==>Control Panel==>Mouse==>Pointer Options.
    Here you will find various options to be operated on your mouse.
    You can even restore to default.

    This simple method will help you.

    Hope it did help you.. Thank you..
