Re: Mozilla Firefox in Windows 7 Professional freezes suddenly

STEP 1: Open Mozilla Firefox Web Browser.
STEP 2: Type “about:config” in the address bar, hit Enter.
STEP 3: It asks for Confirmation.
STEP 4: Click on the “I'll be careful, I promise!” Button.
STEP 5: In the “Filter” box, type “scanwhendone”.
STEP 6: In the results window, you can see “browser.download.manager.scanWhenDone”.
STEP 7: Double – Click on it and select “Toggle”.
STEP 8: Set it to “False”, your problem is solved.

    Hello

This kind of problem might be caused due to these reasons...

To solve that problem and work with that app in Windows 8 try these steps....

====>Firstly make you system virus free.
====>Install antivirus software and scan your computer with that.
====>Antivirus scanning will fix all the virus file and make your system workable.
====>Now try to open Mozilla Firefox this time you will get proper response.
====>If you still have an issue than try next steps.........
====>Sometime corrupt installation of Mozilla Firefox make this kind of issue.
====>Uninstall the Mozilla Firefox and re-install it into your system.
====>Now try to work with that Mozilla Firefox.
====>This time you will get proper response.
