    MS word issues in Samsung Desktop running Windows XP

    The MS word application in Samsung Desktop running Windows XP appears to be running quite slow, when we type a few words on the MS word, we could see them only after 1 minute. What can be the reason for this slow performance?

    Dear Friend,
    I can say anything confidentially about this problem this could be anything about this error.
    Because usually this problem rarely comes with MS Word.
    This may because of too much of programs load in your computer or because of installation error.

    I think that this may be installation error.

    I would advice you to uninstall the MS-Word, which is currently installed on your computer.
    And then, Re-Install the MS-Word on your computer.
    Maybe this can fix your problem.

    Hope this helps you.

    Dear friend,

    One of the major reason of this problem may be attack of some virus on your PC, i strongly recommend you to install a antivirus ,and update it and perform the complete system scan, it may take some time on the basis of data present in your PC.

    Second , you defragment your hardisk drives, it also increases speed of PC .Steps to defragment a drive are:

    1 goto my computer,select the drive in which you have installed your OS(Operating System)
    2 Right click, select properties.
    3 under tools tab, click on defragment button
    4 a new window will appear, select the drive having OS , click on defragment.

    Hello my friend,

    Microsoft word is quite heavy application.
    Make sure that your hardware configuration meets the requirements of MS Word,if you are using MS office 2007 your system configuration should meet the criteria of Windows 7 OS system requirements.
    you should not use MS office 2007 on windows XP for better performance.
    Make sure that when you are using word no other application is running in the background.

    ALL THE BEST.

    dear friend,

    there are many possible reasons behind this problem-

    check your ram is working properly or not.

    install a good antivirus & scan your computer to delete the viruses present.

    choose any of them from the following.

    1_nod.jpg10842.jpgautorun_remover.jpgavast-antivirus-pro-4-8-1335-lifetime-license.jpgavg-antivirus.jpgavgantivirus2011.jpgfree-antivirus.jpgimagesg.jpgimagesh.jpgpandaantivirusplatinum.jpgsq78lc.jpgsymantec_antivirus_for_handhelds_annual_service_ed_utilities_anti_virus_utilities-10394.jpgthumb_BitDefender-.jpgthumbnail.aspx.jpg

    check whether there is overheating problem in your computer. if it arises then add a extra fan to your CPU & use the laptop by keeping it on a book.

    delete unnecessary files from your desktop.

    uninstall unused software from control panel.

    hope these will resolve your problem.

    Since you are using Samsung Desktop and Windows Xp , it means your system is very old and also windows XP itself is very sluggish.

    The problem is inevitable because , you must be running lot of programs and also your PC has low RAM, which makes response from keyboard very slow.

    So, what you need to do is :

    Open the task manager and close all the unnecessary programs so that you can free up some memory.
    Next, install the newer version of MS Office , it will give you better feature and use less RAM resources.

    I think you wont face this problem anymore.

    hello friend . . ,

    you can fix this problem very easy manner. But you need check your System abilities now.

    1. Check your are using a valid Microsoft office package or not.
    That means if your are using Microsoft office 2003 later versions In windows xp .Defiantly performance is degraded .
    In that particular situation you need to install the another compatibility driver software from Microsoft.com .

    2. Check weather that package is Installed or not.
    if some of the features are worked and some of the features are not worked situation is occur .
    so you need to re-install you office package.

    3. check you ram capacity
    if your ram capacity is very low . then increase your RAM.

    4. Check the Process version.
    If you are using Pentium earlier processor are still using. Then System is very slow.
    Otherwise upgrade your process.

    5. Some spyware are crashed your system files.
    You need you maintain the licensed anti-virus Program and Scan With hole System Files.

    Virus does make the system terribly slow.But it could also be because the immense load due to the number of applications at start up.Also installing apps that require more system space and RAM memory than what it really has can make the system slow.

    Try the following and check again:

    ~Remove all unwanted apps at startup from the task manager;

    ~You can use Tune Up software to manage the start up programs;

    ~Uninstall apps with high memory usage;

    ~Run a good anti-virus software to look out for any viruses that may slow the system;
