    This kind of Issue occurs when a Registry Key is either damaged or contains an incorrect value. To fix this Issue, You will have to make changes in your registry. Before making any changes, Always take a backup of your registry. The steps are given below:
    1. Click on the Start button.
    2. Type "regedit" into the Start Search box and Press Enter button on your keyboard. It can ask for the Permission so Allow it.
    3. It will Open the Registry Editor window.
    4. Now, Navigate to "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\Co ntextMenuHandlers\New\ (Default)".
    5. Value for (Default) should be "{D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}".
    6. Once checked, Close the Registry Editor and Restart your computer.

    first i would suggest you to run a registry scan, for this use ccleaner, One you fix all registry errors, restart your system and check the result.

    if you still face the problem go with the below process

    Click Start

    press win+r

    type regedit

    Locate and then click the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\Con textMenuHandlers\New\

    check if the value for (Default) is: {D969A300-E7FF-11d0-A93B-00A0C90F2719}

    if it is not, then change it.

    Now restart your system, and see the difference.

    Happy to help you
