    Hi,

Solve your problem by the following registry edit.

    Start>Run>type Regedit,

    -HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    -SOFTWARE
    -Microsoft
    -Windows
    - Current version
    - Explorer
    click Browser Helper Objects

    Delete all KEYS there.

    save and exit, reboot.

    Thanks.

    Hello friend...

Windows 7 support the thumbnails but your computer may be virus effective so it create a problem and not loading the thumbnails. you need to download and install the another antivirus then scan the computer. if any virus it removed it..

you also used the microsoft essential antivirus. it is free available from the genuine windows 1..

    All the Best!!

    Dear Friend!!
This can be a virus threat as well as corrupt windows problem.
Try to run a boot scan while starting your computer and keep the automatic updates ON.
This problem genrally occurs when the processor is being given heavy tasks or due to TROJAN Virus.(a malware, really dangerous).
