Click on the ‘Internet Explorer’ icon on the desktop and wait until the browser open up on the system. Then, press the Ctrl+Shift+Delete key on the keyboard. This will bring up the ‘Delete browsing history’ menu on the screen. You can view ‘Cookies’ label on the third position in the list. Click the checkbox next to that label. After that, press the ‘Delete’ button available on the menu

MSN and Outlook not working properly on Windows 7

I have switched two hotmail accounts set up on my laptop running on Windows 7 to Outlook. Since then, two windows with same content pop up on the screen when I open either of these accounts. Also, it is not possible to sign in from my MSN home page. I am currently using Internet Explorer 8 with my system. Can you explain troubleshooting for resolving these issues?
