Re: Computer is shutting down when IE 10 is opened in Windows 8 System

    HELLO FRIEND ,

    Try the following:-

1: Use Systems Maintenance and Internet Connection Troubleshooter

    1. Press the “Windows + W” keys together.
    2. Now, type “troubleshooting” (without quotes”.
    3. Select “troubleshooting” and then select “view all” on the left hand pane.
    4. Now, run the System Maintenance and the Internet connections troubleshooter one by one.

    2: Clean Boot state

A Clean Boot state helps us identify conflicting applications (third party programs) interfering with functioning of the application.

    Step A:

    1. Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.
    2. In the ‘Run’ window type ’MSCONFIG’ and click ‘Ok’.
    3. Click the ‘Boot’ tab and uncheck the ‘Safe Boot’ option.
    4. On the ‘General’ tab, click to select the option ‘Selective startup’, and then uncheck the box next to “Load startup items”.
    5. On the ‘Services’ tab, check the box next to ‘Hide all Microsoft service’, and then select ‘Disable all’.
    6. On the ‘Startup’ tab, click ‘Open Task Manager’. In the Task Manager window under the “startup tab”, right click on each startup item that are enabled and select ‘Disable’.
    7. Click ‘OK’, and then click Restart.
I hope this resolves your problem.
