    Well

Go to start button ... then go to CONTROL PANEL

Then click Systems and Maintenance followed by Backup and Restore centre

Click the Back up files followed by Continue option

Unable to restore Windows Vista computer to Factory settings

The Gateway W350A computer runs in Windows Vista. I found the Gateway recover center in the computer and installed it recently. Every time I try to do a Factory reset, the system prompts for a restart. I restart but nothing happens after the system powers up. The computer restarts when I try to restore as well. Is there a solution to this problem?
