    hi friend , after lot of research i came to know that you have a very strange problem which was faced by many but not these days.
    The very first thing you should try is to restore your system settings.
    Yes, Do system restore to its previous state. i mean return to the previous settings when your system had worked perfectly.

    Then perform memory diagnostics as well as hardware diagnostics during start up.

    Remove anti malware and anti spyware applications from your system.

    Finally go to device manager and scan for the hardware changes, if there is a change then update its driver, it is recommended to choose automatic search for drivers.

    Now restart your system

    This Error comes when a device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly

    Prevention from this error

    1. Check Drivers for devices are correctly installed
    2. Time to time must update your drivers
    3. Reinstall the device that create error

    Solution To This Error

    1. Press windowskey + r run dialog box appears
    2. Type devmgmt.msc and Hit enter
    3. Then Double click on mice and other pointing devices node
    4. Then right click Microsoft PS/2 mouse, select uninstall and cofirm it
    4. After it's done, click the action menu button on the menu bar
    5. Select scan for hardware changes
    6. It will try to reinstall the drivers for the mouse

    Fix for Device null error in Windows 7 system?

    My computer has become very slow than usual and when I checked with it I got the error with Device Null problem for “tv_ConfigMgrErr24”. What does it mean? Have anyone came across the same? Kindly provide me the information to resolve this issue soon? Thank you.
