hi..

For these check in BIOS USB settings are Enable or Disable..

If it is disable need to do enable..

Then also facing same issue..

Update your USB drivers...in device manager

For this run command as devmgmt.msc

Then also facing same issue..

Check with other Keyboard and mouse..

then also facing same issue need to check your OS..

If it problem with mouse and keypad need to change those..

Then you will conform it's key board problem or your OS problem..

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say...........................​

1.Firstly check the power connections of your keyboard and mouse slot.

2.If that is alright then this can be the problem of the drivers.

3.The Keyboard and Mouse drivers may be damaged.

4.So you go to the Device manager.

5.Then you open the properties of the Keyboard and the update it's rivers.

6.Do the same with mouse drivers too.

7.If still you have the problem then this can be the problem of your Keyboard and mouse they may be damaged so try to replace them with new one.

Follow theses steps to resp;ve your issue,
1)There might be several reasons on, why your mouse and keyboard not working
Those are:
2)It might be because of hardware issues.
3)Compatibility issues
Steps to resolve your issue are,
1)Make sure your keyboard and mouse are working properly by checking the properties in the device manager. Try new keyboard and mouse and see it they work better
2)Make sure your BIOS is updated by pressing f12 during booting (boot key depends on motherboard).
3)Boot to the recovery console and then perform the system restore process
4)Make sure your keyboard drivers are compatible to your operating system.
5)If above doesn’t work, then Restore system using, advanced startup settings during booting time.
That’s it after doing all the above processes your issue resolved!

Keyboard and mouse stopped working after booting into windows 8 pro system

I have been using windows 8 for more than two week. Today when i boot my windows 8 pro system, my mouse and keyboard stopped there working! It worked on the bios MENUS and even mouse worked on the temporary Ubuntu environment which i booted using a Disk. I don’t know what went wrong with my keyboard and mouse. Need help urgently. Thanks in advance
