Re: Mouse get frozen on PC running on Windows 7 Friend, this might be due to power fluctuations. You better unplug and then check it by connecting it to some Laptop or other System. If it works now, it is sure that the problem is due to power or some dust. You unpin the mouse from the CPU and reinsert it. Restart your System. This will resolve your System.
Re: Mouse get frozen on PC running on Windows 7 I also face this type of problem sometimes, it can be possible to resolve this problem with this method. Just follow it :- Firstly remove the mouse wire from your CPU if there any dust remove it from there. Place that again in CPU slot restart your computer one time Then your mouse be working Good luck......

Re: Mouse get frozen on PC running on Windows 7 hello my friend...it can be due to over heating of your computer or driver problems. For driver related problems-In Safe Mode Go to Start/Run and type chkdsk C: /R and press enter. Now type a Y and reboot the computer. the Check Disk utility will run at next boot up and try and fix any file errors. After that run SFC /scannow again in Safe Mode For over heating try to clean your computer fan regularly. Hope these will help you.
Re: Mouse get frozen on PC running on Windows 7 This kind of problems will occur due to clashes of mouse and scanner or modem drivers. Go to Device management and search if any problem is there it will appear in exclamation mark. If everything fine navigate Mice and other pointing devices select Microsoft PS/2 Mouse right click on it and select Update Driver Software. Select Browse my computer for device software click next it will fix. You can make it by inserting OS DVD into drive select path and click Next.
Re: Mouse get frozen on PC running on Windows 7 You should first select the ‘Control Panel’ option after clicking on ‘Settings’. After that, you should select ‘Power Options’ to view ‘Change plan settings’ option. You should click on that option and change the settings according to your plan (‘Balance’ or ‘Power Saver’). You should then select ‘Change advanced power settings’ to view ‘USB settings’ option. You should expand that option by clicking on the ‘+’ sign. Then, you can find ‘USB selective suspend settings’ with ‘+’ sign along with it. Click on that sign to expand it. You can then view ‘On battery’ and ‘Plugged in’ options on your screen. You should set both options as ‘Disabled’ and click on ‘Apply’ option. Finally, you should check whether the mouse is responding or not.
