    Hi there,
    Just follow these steps:
    1. sign on to windows live messenger
    2. click the down arrow that lets you select online, busy, away, etc. and go to the bottom and select "options"
    3. Choose the "general" tab
    4. uncheck the box beside, "Automatically run Windows Live Messenger when I log on to Windows.
    5. Click the 'Accept' button.

    Hi, dear friend...................to solve this issue follow the given procedure


    first of all right click on the task bar and select the propterites

    now choose the TASK BAR tab

    and then click the CUSTOMIZE button

    after that choose windows messenger Icon from the box and select it as hide Icon and notifications option

    and NOW click OK button............ALL THE BEST

    How to prevent windows messenger pop ups on Dell Inspiron notebook?

    I am always interrupted with the usual actions on my system as windows messenger pop ups on my Dell Inspiron notebook every now and then. I wish to prevent the same to get over the inconvenience. How can I prevent that?
