Try to access them from Administrator user and see the difference. If you still find the problem please mention where you have clicked and what options are not active. all the best

Options in the context menu particular drive in Windows 8 System are not active In Windows 8 System, I have four Drives. When I right – clicked on a particular drive, I see options, but they are not active. They are not allowed to take action. I need to know the solution and also the problem. Thank you!
