Re: Programs not installing in C drive in Windows Vista

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say.............

1.Firstly set the location as C in the Torrent.

2.even it do not install the application in C then you check that you Local Disk C may be fully occupied.

3.If that is not your problem then the problem is with the virus.

4.So you install the best antivirus software in your system and scan your system.

5.If that is also not your problem then the problem is with the Torrent so try to update it.

I hope by doing as i said you can solve your problem.

    Have a nice day..............

Re: Programs not installing in C drive in Windows Vista

    Dear..

First of all let me tell you that you should never use C drive as a first choice to receive all your updates, because if you continue to do so then any corrupt and virus attack will directly affect the program files of the COMPUTER and your PC will be of no use.

Now if you are having such issue then it is possible that your C drive is out of space now and that is why all downloaded items are heading now to some other location or drive. Check for the space and if it is not available then free up some space by deleting or by moving the items.

    Disk Cleanup

Disk Cleanup analyzes your hard drive to look for unneeded files and folders that are of no further use to your computer. Over time, these files collect and may need to be cleaned up once in a while. Features such as Temporary Internet Files can take up a lot of sometimes valuable HDD space which is why your computer may need a 'clean up'.

    Disk Defragmenter

Disk Defragmentation describes the process of consolidating fragmented files on your computer’s hard disk. Fragmentation happens to your computer over time, which will eventually start showing itself by having a negative effect on the system performance of your computer. Whether its weeks, months, or even years, Disk Defragmenter can be scheduled to automatically run on a specific timetable.

Re: Programs not installing in C drive in Windows Vista

    Hello friend,

First check whether your C drive is empty or not.

IF the HOME DRIVE is full then automatically it will go for the other DRIVE.

Then you can change location to the C drive.

By default it will take other drive then You can change settings to location into C drive.

    Job done..!!!!!!

Programs not installing in C drive in Windows Vista

My PC runs in Windows Vista. I had set C drive as the default drive for installing software. Nowadays when I install some software such as torrent it is not saved in C drive. Why this happens?
