well as you said the problem is because of Up-gradation
dear friend you can follow the below steps to solve your problem

1)instead of upgradation uninstall the previous os by inserting the Autorun Disk

2)format the Drive where your OS was install earlier

3)now install the Window 7 OS and follow the installation setup
this time you wont have any problem

it is the best way than up-gradation

if still problem exist you have to change your OS DVD

    hope this works

    Dear friend,

Your system has the minimum system requireent for running the windows 7.

FOLLOWING IS THE MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

    Hello friend,

I have the solution for your problem just do as i say..........................

1.This can be the problem of the compatibility.

2.Firstly check that you have the minimum requirements in your system to install Windows 7 in it.

3.If that is not your problem then this can be the problem of the installation files.

4.The Cd from which you are trying to install may have the some corrupted files.

5.So you to re-install with that CD only.

6.If still have the problem then this is your Cd problem get the another CD of Windows 7 and then install that using it.

    Have a nice day..........................
