NLS data missing error in Windows system

I am having issue with my Windows PC where it’s not starting up at all, it just gives the error message as “Windows failed to load because the NLS data is missing, or corrupt”. What should be done now to fix this? Kindly provide me the needed steps to be followed for the same? Thanks.
