No ‘Safe to remove hardware’ Popup in my Windows 8

I installed Windows 8 in my System. Whenever we connect an external device we remove it by right clicking on it and select ‘eject’. At that time, ‘safe to remove hardware’ popup is available at the bottom. But, it is not showing in my Windows 8. Please, anyone help me in Solving the Problem.

hi my dear friend........there may be the notifications option is disabled

and to enable the option follow the given steps

first click the start menu and open the control panel

after that click on the appearance and personalization option

and after that click on the task bar option

then a window will be opened in that window choose the task bar TAB

    then click the customize option

and select the always show all Icons and all notifications option.....which is located at the bottom of the same window

then your notification will be displayed
