Re: Not able to change the ringtone, if once set in Windows 7 Mobile

    Hello friend....

The ringtone has to be in the phone memory not the memory card memory..

To put the song on your phone as ringtone

->Open the start menu -> select programs ->open the file explorer

A tab below the start menu will appear that will let you select either your memory card or your phone memory.

->select the memory card and the song you want as the ringtone

->Using the stylus, press and hold on the screen to select your song and bring up the menu

->Cut the song of the memory card, then use the tab at the top to get back into the phone memory

->select my documents -> select my ringtones ->select menu option at the bottom of the screen and select edit -> then paste

->lastly press and hold on to the screen to select the song again and the menu pops up use the bottom option set as ringtone.

    Hope this may help you...
