Not able to disable “"Customer Experience Improvement Program" (CEIP) in Windows Media Player

I came to know that Microsoft collects Windows Media Player usage details from every individual using CEIP. I do not want this to be happened. I need to disable it and tried, but could not do it. I will be much thankful, if anyone helps me in solving the problem.

    Solution:
STEP 1: Click Start >> All Programs.
STEP 2: Click “Windows Media Player” to open it.
STEP 3: Press “ALT + T”, to activate “Tools” Menu.
    STEP 4: Select “Options”.
STEP 5: Tap on the “Privacy” Tab.
STEP 6: Uncheck the option “want to help make Microsoft software and services even better by sending Player usage data to Microsoft”.
STEP 7: Click “Apply” and “Ok”.
STEP 8: It disables CEIP in Windows Media Player, your problem is solved.
