Not able to enable Windows Aero theme on Windows 7

Since two weeks, my laptop running on Windows 7 is not displaying the Windows Aero theme. When I try to fix it, I was prompted to enable the Windows Desktop Manager. I have already activated this program. How can I show up the Windows Aero theme?

Run the Aero troubleshooter on your PC and see whether any error comes up on the screen. Click the ‘Start’ button for that and select ‘Control Panel’ from the start menu visible on the screen. Type Troubleshooter into search box and make a single click on ‘Troubleshooting’ option. Then, click on the ‘Display Aero desktop effects’ option under ‘Appearance and Personalization’ and type in the password or provide confirmation accordingly if prompted. Choose the ‘Advanced link’ visible at the bottom part of the resulting window and click the checkbox next to ‘Apply repairs automatically’ option. After that, press the ‘Next’ button to start the troubleshooting. If you can’t find any errors after using troubleshooter, then click the ‘Explore additional options’ button and choose the ‘Recovery Link’ option. Then, you need to click on ‘System Restore’ and ‘Next’ buttons one after the other. While choosing the restore point, select a date just before you first recognized this issue. Click the ‘Next’ button afterwards and follow the instructions visible on the screen.

    HELLO FRIEND,

If your computer is having problems running the Aero desktop experience,

which includes effects such as transparency, try using the Aero troubleshooter to fix the problem.

It checks for common compatibility issues with running Aero, such as your computer's color, theme, power settings and your computer's video card.

    Follow the below steps:-
1.Open the Aero troubleshooter by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel.

2.In the search box, type Troubleshooter, click Troubleshooting, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, click Display Aero desktop effects.

    3. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
