Step 2: Press F8, before the windows loading bar appears
Step 3: Now, you will get many options with an option "Safe mode"
Step 4: Select the "Safe mode" option
Step 5: Login your windows with your created account not with Administrator account
Step 6: Click on the drive where mp4 files existing

    Dear friend,
There is every possiblity that these videos can be viruses.
Some virus embedded videos cannot be deleted.

So I strongly recommend you to instal Microsoft security essentials.
It can be downloaded from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...tials-download
After installing, run a full scan and delete all the viruses first.
After this you can easily delete these videos.
