"Object Error, restart your computer." while opening Internet Explorer on Windows XP.

Whenever I open the Internet Explorer on my Windows XP system, after getting the home page Google Chrome I get the message that "Object Error, restart your computer." and if I close this message the internet explorer will close automatically and if I click on continue the machine restarts and then the internet explorer works. So I need to restart once to use IE.

directly press the windows key + r and type there inetcpl.cpl and press ENTER
