"Open with" option missing from the context Menu

I am windows vista user. From last few days, i have noticed that the "Open With" command is missing from the context menu. I don't know what happened exactly. I have recentally installed Microsoft .Net Framework 3 SP1. Is this the cause of that problem?I have also cleaned the registry through CCleaner. What should i do to fix it?

• It seems that when you right-click on any executable files like .exe,.cmd,.bat etc,you are not getting "Open With".To fix this issue,simply follow the below given steps:
  
• Click on Start>>All Programs>>Accessories>>Notepad
  
• Now simply copy the below given code and paste the same in the notepad.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Op en With]
@="{09799AFB-AD67-11d1-ABCD-00C04FC30936}"

• Now save the file with name "OpenWith.reg" without quotation marks.Finally click "Ok".
  
• Finally double-click on "OpenWith.reg",click on "Continue">>"Yes">>"Ok".It will fix your issue.

3. select new then choose key
4. Type in Open With (without quotes)
5. then Press Enterkey
6. Right click on Open With then select new then key
7. Type in Command (without quotes) and then Press <Enter>
8. With Command highlighted,
9. On the right pane, right click on Default
10. then select Modify
11. In the edit box, type or paste in the following :-
12. rundll32.exe shell32.dll,OpenAs_RunDLL %1

Hi dear friend to solve this issue ......simply restore the Registry ...settings after that your problem will be resolved ...that is by following procedure

first click the start button and go to control panel


after that click on system and maintenance option


now choose Backup and restore center option


then click RESTORE FILES button


click, open system restore button


choose Recommended restore option ( if you have any backup image or Repair disc then choose restore computer option )


and follow the onscreen instructions ....

If you have lost the "Open with " file then you can follow these steps

Click start--> All programs -->Accessories -->Note pad

There is a text to type and click File and save as

Name the file open with.reg and click Ok

Now double click Open with.reg and click continue and press ok

Ans seethe problem will be solved

You can now delete the file if you want
