    Other devices recognizing my Windows phone after turning off Bluetooth

    Hi, even after turning off my bluetooth other devices easily recognizing ny devices via same bluetooth connectivity. I am totally unable to understand that what kind of issue i am facing, can anyone tell me the exact reason of this issue. Help me!!

    Hi,

    Possibly, the Driver file for Bluetooth is not working properly or is corrupt.

    You need to change the bluetooth setting by clicking on bluetooth icon.

    You will get a menu offering the setting and click on "open settings" then "Hardware", , once the menu is found click on Driver and uninstall the existing driver, later from the same menu select Update Driver to upgrade the Bluetooth Driver. Save , Exit, Reboot.
